Another nice night spent at Miss Lori's motel in Hatch. Her restaurant was closed for remodelling, so no music. But we had a nice dinner up the street at the Adobe Mexican Cafe. We went looking for dessert at about 9pm, wandered into one of the other motels in town and found some keylime pie. We also met the chef who had ridden his horse on a 7-month trip from New Hampshire to Montana, working in restaurants along the way. His horse, which he kept pastured in back of the motel, still looked pretty good inspite of that long trip. Never know who you'll meet on these journeys.
